Your path to a powerful voice
Over 13 weeks, I will guide you as if you were taking private lessons with me. Each week you will unlock two chapters, which usually contain two steps, always on day 1 and day 4. To be able to do the unlocked step, you must have done the steps before. Most videos last about 8-12 minutes. I advise you to take about 10-15 minutes a day to develop the skills I teach you really well and thoroughly.
Week 1-3:
Module 1: Breath sensitisation - Find your breathing rhythm
In this module there are various exercises to get to know your breath.
Change can only happen when we realise what we are doing. The aim of this module is to develop a feeling for the processes and also the areas that we will then work on specifically in the next modules.
This module has a very relaxing effect.

Module 2: Breath support - more control and strength for your voice
This module is a lot more strenuous. Various exercises are used to strengthen and train the connection between the voice and the breath. The exercises are always combined with different sounds.
The exercises are alternated with module 3, embouchure gymnastics. Here I only describe the exercises of module 2.
I will explain in more detail in the course why I place so much emphasis on rib breathing.

The ‘embouchure tube’ is the entire articulation musculature. Most people have some very tense facial muscles, while others are far too untrained.
The exercises are done alternately with Module 2 Breath Support. Here I only describe the exercises in module 3

Through her experience as a speech and singing teacher and as an actress, she has developed this somewhat different fitness programme to train the body together with the voice.
Barbara Marie-Louise Pavelka is an opera singer, actress and vocal coach for Bel Canto technique, jazz singing, chansons and speaking technique.
She studied in Berlin, Cologne, Vienna and Hamm.
Until she found her technique, she travelled a rocky road from coach to coach. According to the saying: ‘The master has already made more mistakes than the pupil has even tried’, she has gained a great deal of experience, which she has been passing on to her students for several years and helping them with singing and speaking problems.

FAQ
How is the course organised?
You will receive a new step every three to four days. This contains one or two new videos and exercises that you can complete flexibly and at your own pace.
If I stop the video course and want to resume at a later date, can I pick up where I left off?
Once you have started the course, it is important not to cancel it. If you cancel it before all the steps have been unlocked, you will have to start again from the beginning.
However, if you simply don't do the steps straight away, but take a little more time, this is not a problem. You can complete the steps at your own pace.
Why does the ‘Fit by Wix’ app open when I have the ‘Fit with Voice’ app installed?
My app provider is Wix. That's why the app appears under ‘Fit by Wix’ on your device. All you have to do is log in there with your login details for the member area.
Do I need any prior knowledge?
No, the course is intended for complete beginners. Advanced learners can also use this course to improve their lack of basic skills.
Why can't I access later steps?
The video course works step by step. It is important to complete one step before you can take the next step. In this way, I guarantee you a well-founded structure without overwhelming yourself with too much content and exercises.
Do I have to do the video course via the app?
No. You can also do the video course via the desktop or via the browser as well.
How long does the course take?
The course takes 13 weeks.
Do I have to pay the whole course immediately?
No. There is also the option of taking the video course as a subscription.
How do I get to my booked course?
You have to log in to the member area.
Then go to the menu item ‘Fit with voice - Courses’. All the courses you have booked will appear there.
